The lady on receptionist was not very helpful and not very friendly.
This is my 2nd visit to the hospital and already had to be devoted from car park C to car park A.
She never checked me in it was not until I got to pre-assessment that the lady on reception has helpful and the nurses were very friendly.
Went for CT scan 12th September 7-50 am. Arrive early as required.
The only staff on she was for the Masic unit and they said they did not have keys for the waiting room.
Left waiting for 20 minutes in cold.
Mostly happy with care but unhappy on times with lack of communication between staff telling you different things especially on return to local hospital. Very stressful with being told you were going, then not. Would have been better not to be told until it was difficult.
Staff in theatre and pre operation were very supportive caring and compassionate.
Was asked to come in early too early.
Care was brilliant.
Linda was lovely. She couldn't have done anymore.
Staff looked after me and were very nice in keeping me calm before, during and after my treatment.
Amazing staff very friendly and encouraging towards other patients in the same area.
Nothing is good about the care.
Nearly a 2 hour wait for a x-ray for clinic because no radiographers.
Ridiculous.
All staff were very caring and attentive.
More wheel chairs would be a plus.
I found the medical I surgical staff very efficient and supportive.
However, support services fell down quite regularly e.g with follow-up appointments and contact with consultants secretary.
I also fell more physio might have been helpful.
I marked this as likely / unlikely because I think Yesterday 24/9 was hopefully an exceptional day. There was one nurse for both wards and such a lovely nurse was put under horrendous pressure. I cannot fault her care but was extremely conscious of how much her workload was really sad to see.
